For every asset Rincon manages we utilize a comprehensive set of physical and financial control systems. Rincon uses proprietary planning, control and reporting systems in conjunction with the industry’s latest leasing and management software to round out a complete control set. With laser-like focus and attention to even the smallest detail Rincon is able to analyze and monitor every aspect of an asset from marketing and leasing to maintenance and capital improvements.

Since its founding in 2012, Rincon Management, formerly Sycamore Property Management, has earned a reputation for achieving the highest standard in real estate management. The management team brings over 50 years of collective real estate experience to the table. Regardless of an asset’s size or value, every property that we manage receives the attention of the President, Chief Financial Officer, Operations Managers, and Senior Property Manager. Sean Wilder

President
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Rincon, Sean is responsible for overseeing the executive team, sourcing investment portfolio assets and orchestrating Rincon’s vertical corporate platform. He has managed limited liability companies that own and operate real estate for more than 15 years. In addition to running Rincon, Sean sits on the Board of Amerities, a wood products treating company that services Class 1 railroads in the US. Sean is also very involved in the Boston Jewish community and serves on the Board of Trustees of Gann Academy in Waltham, and The Rashi School in Dedham. Sean has a B.A. from Boston College and earned his M.B.A. from the Boston University Questrom School of Management.

Rob Rudnick

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of Rincon Rob is responsible for financial analysis, oversight, reporting and control of the firm’s investment portfolio assets. Rob has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate banking involving more than $5 billion worth of commercial property. In addition to his role at Rincon, Rob is a Trustee of Hebrew SeniorLife and serves as a member of its Finance Committee. He has also served on the Real Estate Finance Association’s Education Committee and been a lecturer in courses on commercial real estate underwriting and capital markets at Boston University’s Metropolitan College Center for Professional Development. Rob earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his M.B.A. from the Boston University Questrom School of Management.

Paul Murtagh

Vice President

As Vice President at Rincon, Paul is responsible for the execution of daily business operations. With extensive experience in both asset and property management, Paul oversees control processes for the company’s portfolio. He works closely with our property managers and corporate team to ensure responsible and accurate financial activity. Paul’s broad base of experience allows him to be versatile, flexible, and creative as a valued member of the team.

Neil Joyce

Director of Facilities

Neil joined Rincon in 2014 as a Maintenance Technician and has grown with our company into his current role of Director of Facilities. Neil brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of maintenance and repair, with a particularly high level of expertise in plumbing. The scope of his role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that all revolve around the same goal; to maintain optimal conditions at all of Rincon’s properties in the most responsible and efficient manner possible. In combination with his technical skills, natural ability to communicate effectively, and his unwavering desire to help people, Neil has a big presence in everything he does. Commanding a staff of 5 Maintenance Technicians, Neil is an invaluable asset to the company.

Elizabeth Miller-Joyce

Director of Finance & Administration

As our Director of Finance & Administration, Liz helps to oversee a variety of departments, including finance and accounts payable, hiring, onboarding, strategizing system improvements and helping to increase the overall efficiency of our company. With a strong background in hospitality and business management Liz brings a fresh perspective to our daily operations. Her strong communication skills, ability to make sound decisions, and capability to see opportunity through any challenge all contribute to her success in this role. She is truly passionate about helping others grow, develop and be the best version of themselves knowing that employee happiness is at the foundation of a company’s long-term success.

Christina Ridge

Property Manager

Christina joined our company with over 10 years of real estate and property management experience in the greater Boston area. Currently, as Property Manager for our Old Colony Apartments in Arlington, Ma, she is responsible for all daily operations at the 17 building complex; totaling 154 rental units and 51 condominiums. Her positive attitude, broad range of knowledge, ample hands-on experience and fresh outlook enable her to create an ideal community for her residents.
Christina holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers license.

Craig Moreau

Property Manager

As Property Manager, Craig is responsible for the daily operations of our Brentwood Apartment building in Arlington, MA.
Craig joined Rincon Management bringing with him ample experience in Condo Association management. His involvement in managing association board members and building a strong community within the association along with being highly ambitious, passionate about helping others and determined to bring any property he manages to its greatest potential has enabled him to excel within the real estate industry.
Craig has a B.S. of Business Administration from Stonehill College and earned a Real Estate Salesperson certification through the Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate.

Janet Dimanno

Property Manager

Having lived in Framingham much of her life, Janet brings a wealth of knowledge to the Dennison Bishop Community in Framingham. With a strong background in leasing and property management she is committed to building strong communities and strong relationships. Her optimistic outlook and willingness to go the extra mile are two of her strong suits that contribute to her success within the Real Estate industry. With an avid love of animals both small and large she supports many different charities and volunteers her available time to finding homes for rescue animals.

Property Manager

In his role as a Property Manager, MJ assists in many areas of our company; from daily administrative duties to providing direct support in the management of our commercial and residential properties. Ambitious with overseas experience, his time working as a leasing agent in Dubai, UAE and Property Manager in Istanbul, Turkey have enabled him to become assimilated with many cultures, considering himself a global citizen. With a compelling personality, diligent eye for detail and an ambitious attitude; MJ aspires to continue exceling his Real Estate career within the US marketplace.
MJ holds a certification in Market Analysis and Real Estate Finance, both earned from Boston University.
