Sr. Property Manager (MA)

Christina joined Rincon in 2022 with over 10 years of real estate and property management experience in the greater Boston area.  Currently, as Property Manager for Old Colony Apartments in Arlington, Ma, she is responsible for all daily operations at the 17 building complex; totaling 204 units.  Christina also oversees 3rd party management of apartment assets that Rincon owns in Charleston, SC. Her positive attitude, broad range of knowledge, ample hands-on experience and fresh outlook enable her to create an ideal community for her residents.

Christina has a B.A. from Fitchburg State and holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers license.
