As Property Manager, Craig is responsible for the daily operations of the Brentwood Apartments in Arlington, MA. and two other properties in Waltham, MA., totaling 156 units.  Additionally, Craig oversees 3rd party management of Rincon assets in both the Bluffton and Charleston markets of South Carolina.  At Rincon Craig showcases his experience in Condo Association management.  He is skilled at managing association Board members and building a strong community within the association.  Through his ambition, passion for helping others, and determination to bring any property he manages to its greatest potential, Craig has quickly exceled in the real estate industry.  Craig has a B.S. of Business Administration from Stonehill College and holds a Real Estate Salesperson's license in the state of MA.
