Lance Haymaker is the Director of Operations of Rincon Management South and a Charleston native with deep generational ties to the Lowcountry. Known throughout the real estate community as “The Shark” earned for his relentless drive, sharp strategic instincts, and unwavering commitment to getting results.

As a licensed Property Manager in Charge (PMIC), Lance brings deep local market knowledge and strong industry relationships, making him an invaluable partner to clients navigating the South Carolina real estate landscape. He supports both individual investors and institutionally owned multifamily portfolios, managing everything from small renovations to complex development initiatives, always with a focus on enhancing property performance and long-term asset value. 

As U.S. Army combat veteran raised in a military family, Lance’s background experience instilled integrity, discipline, efficiency, and a results-driven mindset—qualities that define his leadership style today. 

Outside the office, Lance values time with his family, coaching his son’s soccer team, cheering on his kids at their sporting events, enjoying a night out with his wife, or spending time with friends. An avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about hunting, firearms, and the Southern way of life.
