As Director of Facilities Neil brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of facilities engineering.  The scope of his role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that all revolve around the same goal; to maintain optimal physical conditions at all of Rincon’s properties in the most responsible and efficient manner possible. In combination with his technical skills, natural ability to communicate effectively, and his unwavering desire to help people, Neil has a big presence in everything he does.  Neil oversees all of Rincons' Maintenance Technicians, and with 11 years of service at the company, Neil has proven himself to be an invaluable asset.
